Why do you hire models?
My clients have a right to privacy, so most photos I take are never posted online. Hiring models is a way to keep up my social media presence and try out new concepts!
What do models have to provide?
Generally speaking, models are responsible for their hair, makeup, and wardrobe. I will direct all models on exactly how I'd like them to do their hair and makeup, and what style of clothes I'd like them to bring.
How do models get paid?
Models are paid at the conclusion of the photo shoot via cash or Venmo.
Can models bring someone with them to the shoot?
ABSOLUTELY! I want to make everyone comfortable with me and the environment. I do prefer that guests are females, and someone who is not overbearing. I've had overbearing guests before who tried to tell me how to do my job. I ended the session early and the model did not get the full compensation.
Do models have to shoot nude or in lingerie?
Lingerie, yes. I am a boudoir photographer, so all themes do revolve around boudoir photography. Your lingerie can be more conservative than an average bikini today, though! Pasties are also more than welcome!
Compensation is based on the type of photo shoot you do, which means those who shoot topless, implied nudity, or nude will earn more than those who just do lingerie.
